1. Promoter
This promotion is conducted by Western District Chamber Inc. (ABN 57 209 469 024) of Hamilton, Victoria (“Promoter”). Western District Chamber
2. Promotion Period
The promotion commences at 12:01 am AEST on 20/07/26 and closes at 11:59 pm AEST on 17/08/26 (“Promotion Period”).
3. Eligibility
Entry is open to permanent residents of Victoria, Australia, aged 18 years or over.
4. How to Enter
To enter the promotion, eligible participants must during the Promotion Period:
Complete and submit the official Western District Chamber survey.
Provide a valid email address.
Only one (1) entry per business/email address is permitted unless otherwise stated. Incomplete, late or duplicate entries may be deemed invalid.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
2026/2027 12month membership Western District Chamber
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The draw will take place on 24/08/26
7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by telephone and/or email within two (2) business days of the draw.
If the prize is not claimed within fourteen (14) days, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw from the remaining eligible entries.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected as part of this promotion will only be used for administering the survey, conducting the prize draw, contacting the winner, and, where participants have provided consent, sending information about future Western District Chamber activities and events.
Personal information will be managed in accordance with applicable Australian privacy laws.
9. General Conditions
Entry into the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries.
The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who submits false, misleading or fraudulent information.
If the promotion cannot proceed as planned due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the promotion, subject to applicable laws.
